IMPACT 2025 will take place April 9 – 11, 2025 in Boston, MA at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.Passes to IMPACT 2025 include access to all Keynotes, breakout sessions, Hands on Labs, executive meetings, trainings, meals, receptions, and exhibitor showcase. All meals served during the event are included with your pass. Badges represent a paid pass and must be worn at all times onsite at the event, including during meals and activities.Conference pricing is consistent for CyberArk customers and partners and is detailed below.- Early Bird Pricing: $699 (until January 31)
- Regular Pricing: $899 (February 1 - April 3)
- On-Site Pricing: $1099 (April 4 – Onsite)
The price of an in-person, full conference pass includes access to all days of the event and any keynote, breakout session, training or lab offered, as well as the virtual components of the event. All meals served during the event are included with your pass. Hotel accommodation, air travel and transportation between hotel and airport, as well as any other incidental expenses, are the responsibility of the attendee.
The virtual pass will include free livestreaming of keynote sessions.
Yes! IMPACT 2025 will have an option to participate virtually. Stay tuned for more details in the upcoming weeks about what is included in the virtual experience.We expect to go live with the full agenda in February. All registrants will receive priority access to select their sessions.CyberArk will align with the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport policies and will continue to monitor all guidelines provided by the CDC and local health partners to maintain the health and safety of our community. Based on recent trends and changing conditions, please continue to refer to this page for updates on our current onsite plans and protocols to enable our attendees, sponsors, and speakers to plan with greater confidence. CyberArk will not require vaccines to attend the conference, but highly encourages attendees to be vaccinated.
Mask Policy
At this time, masks are optional in indoor and outdoor common areas, regardless of vaccination status.
CyberArk fully supports any attendee preferring to wear a mask during the conference. Masks will be available upon request.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing to events@cyberark.com according to the following schedule:
- Through February 14, 2025: Full refund of pass fees paid, less $100 processing fee.
- February 15, 2025 – March 28, 2025: 50% refund of pass fees paid, less $100 processing fee
- March 29, 2025 or later; No refund.
Yes, we are offering a discounted pass rate of $599/pass when you register 3+ attendees at one time. Select the “Group Pass” option when registering, codes will be generated once your order is complete. Group Pass registrations can be managed in your "Attendee Portal".Yes! We will be offering paid guest passes to bring your guests to our IMPACT Soiree on April 9 which is available for purchase through registration with the “Guest Pass” add-on. Please note this event is only for guests who are 21 years or older. Guests will not have access to: All other IMPACT scheduled activities.Yes. Attendees are responsible for submitting their credits directly to ISC2 (or relevant organization).Check back for Hotel block updates.
If you wish to modify or cancel your hotel reservation, kindly contact your hotel directly. Please be sure to have your hotel confirmation number ready for reference.Yes. To book additional nights outside of the event dates, please do so when booking through the hotel reservation links provided in your confirmation email. The event rate is available based on hotel occupancy and is not guaranteed, so we recommend that you book early.The dress code for the conference is business casual. The dress code for evening events is casual.Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)Boston Logan International Airport offers Ride Apps (Uber and Lyft) as well as Rental Cars, taxi, limos and buses.
